FERTILISATION
When the sperm cell and the egg cell
combine and form one new cell, called a
ZYGOTE.
The zygote divides many times to form a group of cells called an EMBRYO. After about six days, the embryo joins itself to the wall of the
uterus.
PREGNANCY
Pregnancy is the time between the fertilisation of an egg and the birth
of a baby.
