BALANCED DIET PLAN

In this activity you will design a balanced diet plan for a day: 3 meals

1. BREAKFAST            2. LUNCH            3. DINNER

How can you prepare this activity? 

Study:

  • Healthy plate we have been studying this week. 
  • Vocabulary of food you would like to use for 3 healthy meals.  You will draw and name the food. 
  • Nutrients that each group of food has.
